BOMA Dallas is excited to host the 2011 Southwest Regional Conference April 7-9 at the Marriott Dallas/Plano at Legacy Town Center located minutes away from DFW International Airport (27 miles) and Dallas Love Field (18 miles).
The conference kicks off with our golf tournament on Thursday, April 7 at The Tribute, sponsored by Blackmon Mooring. You’ll take a step back in time as you experience this magnificent tribute to the birthplace of golf and it’s rich traditions. The Tribute’s design was inspired by the greatest holes from renowned courses as St. Andrews, Troon and Prestwick in Scotland. Hole Sponsorships are available. Contact Steve Broom at 972-404-9984 for details.
This conference will deliver top notch education for commercial real estate professionals, building engineers, and Allied members.
Engineers are invited to attend a day of education for FREE when attending with a Property Manager who has paid a full conference registration fee. The day (April 8) includes 3 to 4 education sessions developed especially for engineers. Lunch is provided.
Education is also being developed for the Allied members registered for the conference on Friday, April 8.
In addition to the education offerings, BOMA Dallas promises to have some great networking events with the Opening Reception at SouthFork Ranch (sponsored by ABM Janitorial, ABM Security and AMPCO Parking) and a little opening-weekend baseball with the Frisco RoughRiders on Friday evening (sponsored by ISS Facility Services). Be sure to stay for the fireworks after the game!
The conference concludes on Saturday night with the much anticipated TOBY Awards Ceremony (sponsored by Whelan Security) announcing the best of the best in commercial real estate across the southwest region of the United States. The event is black tie optional with Jim Peck and Henry Chamberlain emceeing. The TOBY winners are recognized for excellence in office building management and operations in specific categories of building size or type.
